Kid’s Creations custom product configurator, powered by LiquidPixels LIquiFire dynamic imaging

In an increasingly mobile world, it’s great to have a solution like LiquiFire that makes us less dependent on technologies such as Flash and Silverlight.

Rochester, NY (PRWEB) June 18, 2013

Web design firm Trademark Productions, Inc. has partnered with LiquidPixels, Inc. to meet its e-commerce clients’ evolving online imaging needs. LiquidPixels LiquiFire dynamic imaging creates new online visual merchandising opportunities while driving down product photography, workflow, and production costs.

Trademark saw that LiquidPixels could meet a serious need for real-time visualization of Kids Creation’s custom product offerings. The site now features a photorealistic configurator for the company’s build-to-suit swing sets. Seeing custom-configured products exactly as they will be delivered increases conversions and reduces product returns, critical for high-value custom products. The “Design Your Own” configurator has helped Kids Creation configure over 9,000 swing sets in the first two months.

“In an increasingly mobile world, it’s great to have a solution like LiquiFire that makes us less dependent on technologies such as Flash and Silverlight. This is particularly beneficial for consumers who want to see what they’re purchasing before spending their hard-earned money. It’s additionally beneficial for our clients who need to see the consumers’ specifications before starting actual production,” stated Dean Duncan Jones, COO/GM of Trademark Productions, Inc.

Trademark helped a very different customer meet a complex online imaging need using LiquidPixels LiquiFire solutions. For Chair Covers and Linens (http://www.linenhero.com), product photography for many different colors and patterns of linens was too burdensome.

Using LiquiFire for fabric draping and colorization, the company can now photograph a product once and then render color and pattern variations dynamically, on-demand. The site has utilized on average 1.5 million renders per month to dynamically display all of their products, drastically cutting down on search time by their customers and reducing volume inquiries to their call center.

“Web designers who think out of the box are pushing the envelope forward for e-commerce,” says LiquidPixels CEO and co-founder Steve Kristy. “LiquiFire dynamic imaging is a powerful toolkit. We’re pleased to have partners like Trademark Productions identify new ways to use those tools and solve problems for online businesses in every market.”

ABOUT LIQUIDPIXELS, INC.

Built on open standards, its LiquiFire dynamic imaging solutions integrate into existing Web and workflow environments, enhancing product creation and visualization while reducing production costs. LiquidPixels makes its patented technology available as a hosted service or via on-site enterprise servers with solutions that may be tailored to each customer’s unique needs.

“The addition of Code 93 decoding to mobiScan’s portfolio is another step toward fulfilling the lasting commitment to our customers in extending our range of supported barcode symbologies,”said Vangel Ivanov, Manatee Works’ Social Media and Sales Manager.

North Carolina (PRWEB) June 18, 2013

Manatee Works, Inc., an innovator of mobile barcode scanning solutions for various platforms, announces the addition of Code 93 to their list of supported barcode types, or symbologies. Considered a more difficult symbology to read, Code 93 is a perfect fit for mobiScan.

The mobiScan SDK is more tolerant of codes that fall outside the standard ISO specifications, and the mobiScan SDK decoder engine provides effortless barcode recognition from extreme angles, varying brightness/contrast levels and inverted surfaces, such as mirrors.

Designed by Internec to provide higher density and data security to its predecessor, Code 39, Code 93 is an alphanumeric, variable-length symbology with automatic checksums. While it can represent the full ASCII character set by using combinations to two characters, it improves on Code 39 by offering a continuous symbology with more compact codes. One of the primary users of this bar code type is the Canadian postal service.

Holding true to the Manatee Works core value of holding customers’ interests paramount while providing high-quality systems, applications and online solutions, the addition of Code 93 enhances the capabilities of the mobiScan mobile decoding engine and gives customers a wider reach and more bar code options.

“The addition of Code 93 decoding to mobiScan’s portfolio is another step toward fulfilling the lasting commitment to our customers in extending our range of supported barcode symbologies,” said Vangel Ivanov, Manatee Works’ Social Media and Sales Manager. “We strive for constant improvements to our already industry-leading solution and welcome recommendations to support other types of barcodes.”

Manatee Works is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains outside of the Research Triangle, in the serene State of North Carolina, located in the United States. That charming, quaint region of the World is where the sea and sand meet rock and rivers, the clouds meet the land, and Facebook, Google, and Apple clouds meet the Web.

Manatee Works recently unveiled its second-generation mobiScan mobile decoding engine. The mobiScan engine supports decoding such barcode types as PDF417, Aztec, Data Matrix, QR, EAN/ISBN, UPC, Code 25, Code 39, Code 128 and now Code 93.

The mobiScan SDK is available for iOS, Android, Win Phone 8, Blackberry 10, Windows, Linux, and OS X, and is free to download at http://www.manateeworks.com. Contact Sales(at)manateeworks(dot)com for a demonstration.
